Cupcakes and Ribbons features in “Vogue” (March)
Cupcakes and Ribbons were totally ecstatic when approached by Vogue recently and asked to appear in a feature they are doing on all things baking related from cakes to plates!
Needless to say we didn’t hesitate and are going to get some pictures out after Xmas to send to head office for approval at Vogue. Exciting times indeed!
Many thanks to the team at Foodies, Edinburgh and Edinburgh Spotlight who have really helped to raise the profile of C & R in 2009. It’s amazing!!! Christmas cheer to you all.

Foodies Event
Cupcakes&Ribbons had a great time at the weekends Foodies Event. We met some amazing people and received some fantastic feedback and praise. We supplied the Lord Provest of Edinburgh with a special birthday cake , it was his birthday on the day he opened the event!
We made a beautiful cranachan, raspberry and toffee shard arrangement with the Old Royal High on it, one of the L.P’s most fave Edinburgh buildings.
We got loads of press, bookings, made lots of friends and best of all made lots of people smile, that is what we are all about.
The Masterclass was a great success and I would like to thank Roben and Rebecca for including me in the event! Think I will need a year to recover though!

Christmas Cupcakes
Christmas cupcakes will be available to send/ collect from the 6th December onwards, already we have lots of corporate bookings. That is encouraging maybe the recession really is coming to an end!

Wedding Cupcakes
Cupcakes and Ribbons have had lots of wedding tastings over the past few months and everyone who came to taste has now made a booking with us to supply their Wedding Cupcakes next year!
We are delighted , excited and not to mention very flattered that they must taste that good!
Cupcakes and Ribbons delivered Wedding Cupcakes to The Edinburgh Caves this week, they were very simple with different Vanilla iced swirls and beautiful glacier lilac glitter and looked fabulous under the the lights.

Cupcake Masterclass at Foodies Festval,Edinburgh
Hi everyone,
Cupcakes & Ribbons are going to be exhibiting at the Foodies Festival 5/6th of December. Come along to see us and lots of other lip smacking stands, great for a spot of Christmas shopping. Lots of tastings and samples too.
C & R are holding a Cupcake Masterclass, there will be an opportunity to do a little cake decorating and get loads of fabby tips to bake your own special bit of heaven!
