Baking and Me

I adore baking. It always reminds me of stripping wallpaper, completely theraputic and always worth the effort!
Have been baking my way throught The Art of French Baking by Ginette Mathiot since Christmas and it is glorious, every recipe a winner.
The pictures are beautifully stylised and they really want to make you bake!
About to launch two new ranges this year Brownies and Blondies, same but vanilla based and decorated just like a cupcake.
Amazing for parties. Made them for my daughters 7th party and they literally had wings! Decorated just like a cupcake the scope is endless.
We had some very sad news recently, one of our very best friends has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and because of this we are donating 15% of our proceeds to this charity from all the brownies we sell.
We are running a few classes this year in Feb, March and June so we are looking forward to planning those and spreading more cupcake joy!
January so far has been exciting with weddings and parties confirmed and lots of lovely things to look forward to as well as the Queen s Jubilee.
Looking forward to 2012 with gusto and especially to our two foodie trips already booked to glean even more exciting cakes ideas…..
