Great fun today entering a baking competition and pleased to report we won a fabulous set of bake off measuring spoons. Very chuffed with the results and will post the cake in question very soon.
All chocolatey, rich, gooey, yum with a hint of Orange and very healthy to boot, with 2 large beets in it.
